Experimenting with breakfast....

So if you know me, you know I love most things pumpkin flavored from lattes to beers, but today I tried something new with sometching old.

I made French toast with International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer.
Super simple and super yummy!

Ingredients
Day old French bread
2 eggs
2/3 cup of International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer
Pinch of Spices
(like cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg)
Butter for cooking

Mix together creamer, eggs, and spices in a flat baking dish. Slice bread in about 1 inch slices.
Place the bread in single layer and soak for about 10 minutes, flip the bread and soak another  10 minutes.

I used a large cast iron skillet but a griddle would work too.
Butter the skillet well.
Cook on both sides until it is a toasty brown color.

Plate the toasted yumminess, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup!

  1. Looks delicious! :) We have been enjoying the pumpkin spice creamer in our coffee all month, but this will be something new to try!
